“These guys are amazing! They truly do what’s best for each individual customer. They treat you like a person, not like a business opportunity. They let me make an appointment a bit later than they take most guests because it's the only time that would fit into my work schedule. Two of the Tuffy guys worked for almost an hour to fix a problem that was unexpected and unrelated to the initial reason for my visit free of charge. They stayed past work hours to help me out and were super cheerful about it. As the manager started closing down, I apologized for having to keep everyone there late, and he smiled and said it was no problem - my safety was the most important thing. While I was waiting, I watched the staff work with other customers and they seemed to get to know each of them individually. They also helped customers with discounts and advice wherever they could offer it. I will 100% always go to Tuffy for my auto needs, and I’d recommend it to everyone else. They have phenomenal customer service and they get the job done right!”
